Matcha Banana Ice Cream

With Summer in full swing, what better way to cool down than Ice Cream?  Even better? Homemade Matcha Banana Ice Cream. Save a trip to the grocery store and stay cool with this easy 3 ingredients nondairy ice cream.  With all the nutritional benefits of Matcha and Banana and sweetened with a kiss of honey.  You can feel good and look good all summer long.



3 ripe bananas

1 Tablespoon of honey

2 teaspoons GF Matcha




  1. Cut bananas into small pieces and freeze 3 hours or overnight
  2. Put frozen bananas in a food processor and blend until smooth
  3. Add matcha and honey and blend until it looks like soft serve ice cream
  4. Serve immediately or transfer to container and freeze for 1 ½ hr for harder consistency


*tip serve in ramekins with sliced strawberries
