Matcha Banana Ice Cream
With Summer in full swing, what better way to cool down than Ice Cream? Even better? Homemade Matcha Banana Ice Cream. Save a trip to the grocery store and stay cool with this easy 3 ingredients nondairy ice cream. With all the nutritional benefits of Matcha and Banana and sweetened with a kiss of honey. You can feel good and look good all summer long.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 Tablespoon of honey
2 teaspoons GF Matcha
Instructions
- Cut bananas into small pieces and freeze 3 hours or overnight
- Put frozen bananas in a food processor and blend until smooth
- Add matcha and honey and blend until it looks like soft serve ice cream
- Serve immediately or transfer to container and freeze for 1 ½ hr for harder consistency
*tip serve in ramekins with sliced strawberries
