Watermelon Beet Smoothie
Refresh yourself on a hot summer day with this easy 4 ingredient smoothie! Enjoy before or after your workout to enhance muscles/recovery or by the pool enjoying the long summer afternoons. Ingredients:
1 ½ cups of cubed seedless watermelon
1 cup ice
1 tsp of Green Foods Beet Essence
1 tsp of Agave (optional)
Instructions
- Add everything to a blender and blend for 1 minute
- Enjoy!
