Orange Power Smoothie Bowl

Who says Smoothie Bowls are only for summer?  We found a orange smoothie bowl with colors perfect for the fall!  Recipe courtesy of @fitmencook we love how easy it was to throw together and how vibrant the colors are.  With no additional sweetners added and minimal prep, you can enjoy this beautiful smoothie bowl in less than 5 min.  Enjoy!

 

 

Ingredients

 

2 frozen bananas

1 ½ cups frozen mango

1 medium carrot peeled

Juice from 2 oranges

2 tsp of GF Carrot Essence

 

Toppings Optional:

Chocoalate chip

Kiwi slices

Blueberries

 

 

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into bowl and add on desired toppings
