Collagen Cashew Milk

Nut milk has been on the rise for quite some time now.  We love using plant based milk as a healthy alternative but it can get pricey especially when you have a whole family that enjoy this milk substitute.  There is also a whole list of other ingredients that we can’t pronounce with store bought nut milk, ingredients to thicken the milk and to keep it fresh for longer. We found a recipe for homemade cashew milk that also includes collagen peptides! With 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to make with the added benefits of collagen peptides!  Now we can have fresh cashew milk whenever we want to.




2 cups of filtered water plus more for soaking

1 cup raw cashews

¼ cup of Vibrant Collagen Peptides

1 ½ tsp Honey (optional)

1 tsp Vanilla (optional)



Add cashews to a mixing bowl and cover with cool water. Soak for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Drain cashews and give them a good rinse


Transfer cashews to a blender and add 2 cups of filtered water along with Honey and vanilla if desired and blend until smooth.

Add Collagen peptides and pulse until well combined.

Transfer to a milk bottle or pitcher and store in refrigerator. 


Shake well before each use. Enjoy!
