Beet Hummus
With summer in full swing, a quick and healthy snack that doesn’t require a stove is the perfect solution to any busy schedule. Ingredients
1 can garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
¼ cup of Tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
1-2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
2 tablespoons of Green Foods Beet Essence
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic, Beet Essence and salt/pepper in food processor. While blending, stream in olive oil until desired smoothness.
